-Steps In Advertising Strategy on the Internet- Advertising is the use of paid media by a seller to communicate persuasive information about the products (ideas, goods, services) or organization and is a powerful promotional tool. American marketers spend over 89 billion dollars each year on advertising. And advertising has a variety of forms (national, regional, local; consumer, industrial, retail; product, brand, organization, and so on) that are designed to achieve various goals (immediate sales, brand awareness, preference, and so on). 

In small companies, advertising is
handled by one marketing or sales department, in cooperation with the advertising agency. While large companies often form their own advertising department.


Advertising strategy on e-Commerce (Internet) is a 5 stage process, known as 5M consisting of goal setting (Mission), a decision on the budget (Money), the decision message (Message), the establishment media (Media), and evaluation of the campaign (Measurement). The figure below shows the stages of the process of advertising strategies in e-Commerce (Internet).
